SINGLE FUNCTION MACHINES

The LIEDER single function machines are machines which carry out one single functions such as:

• denesting
• filling
• heat-sealing
• lidding.

These machines are normally used in combination with other machines to complete the automation in a line.

Their area of application is very wide, mainly the food and cosmetic industry, but they can also be utilised in other areas even in non-food applications. They are not dedicated to a certain product.

The single function machines are independent machines with their own PLC, main control panel, and operator panel. Therefore they are extremely flexible. Depending on the size of the individual machine they can also be fitted with a mobile chassis, which allows utilizing these machines not only in different positions at a line, but, if required, also at different lines within a factory.
